Flaunt that vibrant smile. Wake up and smile for you are alive. Even when the going gets tough remember to smile. Smile for the better days, smile for the roadblocks and learnings await. Smile for the endless possibilities and multiple new starts. Smile because you still can. Smile.
Challenge 1- Smile when you look in the mirror. Smile when you meet people.

Step 2- Thank You is the Right You
It works! Works like magic!
Begin the day with thank you. End it with thank you. The trick is to genuinely feel while saying. If this seems difficult, fake it till you make it!

Challenge 2- Observe your feelings when you say , 'thank you'. Closely observe. How do you feel? Saying it for the sake of it? or you mean it? Figure where you lie, and get going by working on it.
Step 3- Give to live
Whenever you can, however you can, GIVE. Give your love, give your time, give your blessings, give the world what you have: love, compassion, kindness. Give. Give money to the needy, give food to the hungry, give time to the lonely; give time to you!
Start giving to experience the mighty wonders of living.
Challenge 3- Everyday conciously give something. It can be anything, but you have to decide to give it, everyday!
