6 hours of wait for the ambulance took away her life

In Wales, Donna Gilby called emergency service around 8 am, she was made to wait on the pavement for 6 hours as she slipped and fractured her foot.

After hours of wait in cold weather, she died due to a heart attack in hospital. Meanwhile neighbours came to rescue and covered her in blankets, but to no avail.

This is the face of the other side of a developed nation.

Six hours for an ambulance to reach.

Who to blame?
