A young girl from Afghanistan gunned down two Taliban Terrorists who killed her parents last week in the central province of Ghor. According to Mirror UK, the terrorists had barged into the house in search for her father who was the Chief of Griwa Village and supported the government. They mercilessly dragged him out of the house and killed him and then her mother when she resisted. They also injured many others in the process.
“Qamar Gul, who was inside the house, took an AK-47 gun the family had and first shot dead the two Taliban fighters who killed her parents, and then injured a few others,” local police head Habiburahman Malekzada told AFP. This further led to another attack by the terrorists on her home, however, this time the villagers stood together and beat them away.
Mohamed Aref Aber, a spokesman for the provincial governor said, "The insurgents came to their doorstep and her mother went to see who was knocking. When she saw that they were armed, she refused to open the door. Gul witnessed the death of her parents and that triggered her to take things in her own hands."
The Government of Afghanistan has taken Gul and her younger brother to a different place to ensure their safety.
