Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film ranked 10 on IMDB within 40 Minutes of release

Sushant Singh Rajput is an Indian film star who recently passed away due to suicide or abetment to suicide, the reasons are unknown. The police investigation is underway as his fans and initial reports reveal a foul play. Rajput’s death has shaken the youth of the country. One can see #justiceforSSR trending in India almost every day after his demise on June 14th 2020. Amidst high emotions, ardent fan following, Sushant Singh Rajput's last film 'Dil Bechara' released on July 24 Disney Hotstar. As expected, there was a massive digital viewership that leads to a sudden crash of the Disney+ Hotstar website and it also set a record of 10 rankings (the highest) on IMDB within 40 minutes of its release. The ratings were later revised to 9.8 by the following day.
The film remains an emotional experience for Rajput's fans. Dil Bechara is a remake of the Hollywood film, ‘A Fault In Our Stars' directed by Mukesh Chhabra.

You just don’t know when you will get that time with them again. Make those moments count,” tweeted singer Armaan Malik. The singer further added: “I’d recommend people to watch #DilBechara at their speed and time. It’s not easy watching it at all. It chokes you up in so many sections.”
Celebrity chef and filmmaker Vikas Khanna posted: “Watched #DilBechara in intervals as it was hard to watch in one go. I had met Sushant once during IIFA Awards, NY. He was so human and yet so much God-like. He is left all of us alone somewhere. So much left in pain-incomplete. Thank you @CastingChhabra team for this legacy.”
Twitter user Amrit Malviya posted: “Personally I don’t like romantic movies but this movie made me cry. I just want to say: what a masterpiece....”
